Jonathan will work collaboratively with Leadership Teams, supporting them to develop tightly focused subject action plans, with measurable success criteria and milestones, sharply aligned to their identified priorities within the School Improvement Plan.

His central drive is rooted around the development and enhancement of leadership capacity; empowering leaders to play an influential and instrumental role within their respective school’s leadership team.

Examples of commissioned support provision include:
